Make a Will - Make a Difference

A Will is the only way you can be sure your wishes are carried out and your loved ones are provided for after your death. Yet our research shows that nearly 50% of people mistakenly believe that their estate will automatically pass to their partner when they die.*

Find out what would happen if you died without a Will.

Even if you already have a Will, experts recommend it is reviewed every 3 to 5 years and updated as your circumstances change.

Most adults in the UK still haven't got round to writing their Will.* If you're one of them, Will Aid is the perfect opportunity.

Why should I make my Will through Will Aid?

  • Will Aid works with charitably-minded solicitors across the UK for the whole month of November.
  • These solicitors will draw up a basic Will for you, and then invite you to make a donation to nine of our best-loved charities.
  • Suggested minimum donations are £40 for a codicil, £75 for a single Will or £110 for a pair of mirror Wills.

Please give generously in return for all the professional time your solicitor is donating to help the Will Aid charities. In turn, you will be getting great value for money as well as being able to help some of the most vulnerable people in the UK and around the world.
